Rice Oligonucleotide Array Batch Search

The Rice Oligonucleotide Array Batch Search page allows you to perform a batch search of the Rice Oligonucleotide Array Database for a list of oligo identifiers (e.g. TR006304, LOC_Os01g01150.1, TA30533_4530). Either upload a file containing a list of identifiers (separated by carriage return or newline) in plain text format, or paste a list of identifiers in the text box directly. After making your selection, click the 'Submit' button. If you have selected both a file to upload and pasted a list of search terms, only the file will be used. Searches are case insensitive.

To search for a deprecated TIGR Rice Genome Annotation model (v1-4), use the TIGR Rice Pseudomolecule Version Converter, determine the equivalent Locus ID, and use the model to search the database.

Example match IDs include TIGR Rice Genome Annotation release 5 models (e.g. LOC_Os02g41860.1, 12002.m100287), TIGR Plant Transcript Assemblies (e.g. TA30533_4530), or full length cDNAs (e.g. AK109764).

Only a maximum of 50 identifiers may be entered. If more than 50 terms have been entered, only the first 50 will be used.

Enter the name of the file containing a list of identifiers (max 50 terms, one identifier per line).
