Rice Oligonucleotide Array Basic Search
The Rice Oligonucleotide Array Basic Search page allows users to search for a single term in the Rice Microarray Rice Oligonucleotide Array Database. To use, select the type of search you wish to perform (either exact match or substring match). Next, enter your search term, followed by the section of the database you wish to search against. Select the output format as HTML or plain text. Execute by clicking the 'Submit' button. Any database entry that matches your search criteria will be returned. Searches are case insensitive.
To search for a deprecated TIGR Rice Gene Model (v1-4), use the TIGR Rice Pseudomolecule Version Converter, determine the equivalent Locus ID, and search the oligo database using that.
Example match IDs include TIGR Rice Genome Annotation release 5 models (e.g. LOC_Os02g41860.1, 12002.m100287), TIGR Plant Transcript Assemblies (e.g. TA30533_4530), or full length cDNAs (e.g. AK109764).
