Rice Oligonucleotide Array Advanced Search
The Rice Microarray Oligo Advanced Search page allows users to search by multiple conditions in the Rice Microarray Oligo Database. To use this search, enter a search term and select the section of the database to search against. Clicking on the 'not' checkbox will exclude your search terms from those returned and return all results that do not contain that term. (e.g., entering 'putative', section 'keyword (annotation)' and clicking 'not' will return all the entries in the db that aren't putative annotations). Continue by adding search terms, up to a maximum of five. After entering more than one term, select the boolean operator joining the terms, either 'and' or 'or'. The order of terms isn't important but the 'and' operator carries greater precedence than 'or' and is used to link search conditions. Searches are case insensitive.
To search for a deprecated TIGR Rice Gene Model (v1-4), use the TIGR Rice Pseudomolecule Version Converter, determine the equivalent Locus ID, and search the oligo database using that.
Example match IDs include TIGR Rice Genome Annotation release 5 models (e.g. LOC_Os02g41860.1, 12002.m100287), TIGR Plant Transcript Assemblies (e.g. TA30533_4530), or full length cDNAs (e.g. AK109764).
