The Rice Oligonucleotide Microarray (ROMA) Expression Database is a comprehensive database serving to store expression data generated by experiments utilizing the rice oligonucleotide microarray. The database, once populated with expression data, will allow investigators the ability to search for the expression patterns of genes of interest, as well as perform cross experiment comparisons.
