Hybridization Service


The UCD ArrayCore Facility is now setting up a full service facility for labelling and hybridizations.

The service will include:
  • mRNA isolation from user supplied RNA, sample quality analysis and probe labelling
  • Scanning and spot-finding analysis
  • Generation of GPR and TIFF files that can be accessed over the web
We are now streamlining procedures and estimating the cost of for this service. In the meantime are looking for 1-2 labs to collaborate to test the service. There will be no charge to these beta testers. The users will need to send 200 μg total RNA for each treatment.
