Highly Expressed Genes in Rice
Based on the reclassified anatomy tissues of Affymetrix data, we developed this tool to quickly identify a set of genes that are highly expressed in certain anatomy tissue. The output is a list of rice Affymetrix probe sets, the corresponding gene models and the expression intensities.
