Single-platform Microarray Element Search

This tool allows you to search information about the rice microarray elements (Affymetrix probe sets, Agilent 22K and 44K oligos, BGI/Yale oligos, NSF 20K and 45K oligos) contained on the Affymetrix, Agilent 22K and 44K, BGI/Yale, NSF 20K and 45K arrays.

Paste Gene IDs (e.g., MSU/TIGR LOC_Os01g01010.1, RAP3 Os01t0100100-01, KOME cDNA AK058204) or array element IDs (e.g., Os.1.1.S1_s_at, A_71_P100001, Os01g0100200|mRNA|AK059894|CDS+3'UTR, Os000001_01, TR000001, TR030001) in the textbox below and press the submit button.
